This policy covers this website only. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek data protection law.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). To deliver the pages and protect them against abuse, Cloudflare's servers process technical data about each request: your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser and device type. We don't use this data to identify you, and we don't have visitor statistics.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Fonts

The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. To send them, Google's servers receive your IP address and basic browser information. Google Fonts doesn't set cookies.

No cookies, no analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. That's why there is no cookie banner.

One small setting is kept in your own browser so the site works smoothly. It never leaves your device, and we can't see it. Light or dark mode simply follows your device's setting; nothing is stored for it.

• ss-intro (session storage): remembers that the home-page intro has played, so it doesn't repeat. It is deleted when you close the tab.

It is strictly necessary for a feature you use, so it doesn't need consent. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share: usually your name, email address or phone number, and details about your project, such as its location, plans or photos.

We use this only to answer you and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the project. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract, and the contract itself (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as Greek tax, accounting and building law requires. We don't sell your data or use it for marketing.

Links to other websites

Links to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google Maps open those services. Nothing is loaded from them until you click, and once you do, their privacy policies apply.

Project images

Our project pages show interiors of homes we designed. Clients are not named, and we don't publish personal details.

If you recognise your property or yourself in an image and want it removed, email us and we'll take it down.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email info@studio-spacecraft.com. We will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Greek supervisory authority: the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.

If the website changes, for example if we add a contact form or visitor statistics, we will update this page first.
